Hi, I recently purchased a cheap hp notebook that is going downhill fast (keys don't function, get's bogged down because I didn't get a good processor, etc.). But I ALSO have a old work machine that was made obsolete with a recent acquisition. It's a Lenovo ThinkPad T450, and it requires an admin key to add programs, or a drive key to change start up options, neither of which I have access to. My question is will replacing the hard drive and doing a fresh install of an OS make this machine 100% accessible to me? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
